You have two options to reach us:
You can take the cable car from Cervinia to Plan Maison and descend the slope No.5, which will guide you directly to Love.
Or take the Cretaz chairlift from slope No.3, to reach Plan Gorrette and dive into the magic of Love (pictured: the chairlift arrival, with Love on the left).
